Last weekend my brother's famliy hosted a fun Halloween party for the kids. The day before, I threw together these quick and easy, no-sew ghost costumes for Ace and Beau. Here are three simple steps to making your own spooky ghosts:
- White oversize sweatshirt
- White long-sleeve shirt
- White tights
- White tulle (1-2 yards)
- White face paint
- Cut sleeves off sweatshirt at about three inches from neck.
- Cut ends of sleeves off at seams. Sleeve will become hat.
- Cut tulle into large squares (size to cover neck to ankles) then cut hole in top-center of each square (large enough to fit head through).
That's it! Just dress the kids in their tights and shirts (Ace wore a turtleneck, tights, and jeans shorts and we dressed Beau in a white onesie and baby tights), pull the sweatshirt on and the tulle over their head, paint on a spooky face and top with the (sleeve) hat. Happy haunting!
